THE LEHIGH VALLEY REAL ESTATE
INSTITUTE is an accredited real estate school,
approved by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission and
is a member of the PA Real Estate School Association.
All of the instructors for the Institute are licensed by
the PA Real Estate Commission.
LVREI was founded by former secondary school teacher and Real Estate Broker, Cathy
Plarr Kavounas, in 1984. The mission of the school is to
provide excellent education in various facets of real
estate to those interested in a career in real estate
and to those seeking knowledge of real estate for
personal investing.
THE LEHIGH VALLEY REAL ESTATE
INSTITUTE instructors use a variety of teaching
methods including Power Point Presentations, handouts
with math practice problems, case studies, and practical
application presentations. They are enthusiastic and
experienced in the business of real estate, not just
education. Most of our students pass their state
exams the first time.
